The turnaround to complete making your strap is 20-25 business days, but ready made straps are shipped within 1 business days after you complete the order. Please kindly note that this does not include the additional time required for your order to actually arrive and be delivered to you. Delivery times will vary based on your location and possible delays during peak seasons.

The answer is : YES, absolutely. If your address is within FedEx or DHL reach, then we can ship the package to you.

The shipping fee will show after you fill in your shipping detail during checkout, and it's different from one country to another. However, we offer Free Shipping Worldwide if you purchase the minimum of $200 on our website.

Please Note: We only ship to Residential and Business addresses. We are Unable to ship to PO Box addresses, as well as APO and FPO addresses.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). To reduce delays caused by customs inspections or any unexpected fees, we have implemented a system during check out to collect pre-paid taxes and duties from certain countries: United Kingdom, Norway, Monaco, India, Thailand and the European Union (excluding Germany). You should not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

DAP (Delivered At Place). For other countries/regions, you will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees when the package arrives in your country. These charges will be collected by the shipping carrier on behalf of the local customs office.
