If your watch isn’t listed there, you can still browse our Collections and enter your watch brand, model, and reference number in the Note Box when placing your order. Our team will review the details to confirm compatibility.

Yes, we do. You can customise various details of your strap, including the stitching, lining, and edge paint colours.

If you have any special requests, simply leave the details in the Note Box when placing your order, and our team will review them before production.

Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries. You can check our Shipping & Delivery page for the available shipping methods and delivery information for your country.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, and Shop Pay.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number and order details.

Our team will review your order before proceeding. If we need any additional information or clarification, we will contact you by email. Otherwise, no further action is required from you.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all Liger Straps products for eligible manufacturing and workmanship defects.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, and damage caused by external factors are not covered. Warranty claims are subject to review by our team. Please Contact Us with your order details and supporting photos if you need assistance.

All brand names and trademarks mentioned on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

If there is a defect, incorrect item, or another issue caused by our mistake, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

If your order is correct and free from defects, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Refund terms vary depending on whether you purchased a Ready Stock or Custom Made strap, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The strap must be 100% unworn, with no bending or creases on the leather, and the buckle tongue must not be fitted through the strap hole.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, or there is another issue caused by our mistake, please Contact Us within 30 days of delivery. You may request a return, or exchange.

This applies to both Ready Stock and Custom Made straps.

All return costs are generally paid by the customer, except when the return is initiated due to our mistake. 

Please allow 7–14 business days from the date you ship your return for it to be processed.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will contact you with the available options.

If you decide not to proceed, or if no suitable replacement can be offered, we will issue a full refund for that item.

Custom Made straps take approximately 20–25 business days to complete, while Ready Stock straps are typically shipped within 24 hours after your order is placed.

We ship internationally via DHL Express, FedEx, USPS, and DPD UK, depending on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Yes. We offer Free Shipping Worldwide on orders of US$250 or more.

For orders below US$250, the applicable shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination.

No. The estimated delivery time begins once your order has been shipped and does not include the production time required for custom-made straps.

If your country is listed, we will cover the applicable import duties and taxes, so you will not need to pay any additional customs charges upon delivery.

No. We currently ship only to valid Residential and Business/Company addresses.

We are unable to ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

Lug width is the distance between the two lugs of your watch, where the strap attaches to the watch case. It is measured in millimeters (mm).

For example, if your watch has a 20mm lug width, you will need a strap that is 20mm wide at the watch end.

Buckle width is the width of the strap where it attaches to the buckle, measured in millimeters (mm).

For example, a 20/18mm strap is 20mm wide at the watch end and 18mm wide at the buckle end.

The correct strap width depends on the lug width of your watch. Common sizes include 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm, although some watches use specific or integrated fittings.

The right strap length depends mainly on your wrist size. A smaller wrist generally needs a shorter strap, while a larger wrist needs a longer strap.

To find the right length, measure your wrist where you normally wear your watch and compare it with our Size Guideline.

If the width or length you need is not available in our standard size options, we can make the strap to your specific measurements.

Because each strap is handcrafted from natural leather, a small variation in the final measurement may occur.

Strap thickness varies depending on the watch model, strap design, material, and intended fit. Most of our straps are around 3.5mm thick, but some may be thinner depending on the design.

We use premium leathers from established tanneries around the world, including Shell Cordovan, Chevre, Badalassi Carlo, Conceria Walpier, Crocodile, Ostrich Leg, Shark, Saffiano, Epsom, Epi, and more.

In many cases, yes. If the strap you like is not available under your watch model, you can place the order and add your watch details in the Note box.

Quick-release spring bars are available for selected straps and watch models.

When ordering, you can choose Quick Release or standard Spring Bar on the product page.

We can make straps to fit many OEM deployant clasps.

When ordering, choose the buckle option that matches your OEM deployant clasp on the product page. We will make the strap according to the buckle option you select.

We offer different buckle options depending on the strap and watch model, including tang buckles, deployant clasps, and options for selected OEM clasps.
