These newer models feature a simple pressure-button mechanism on the back of the strap near the attachment, it’s easy to hook and release the strap from the case. Our Buffo turns your Autavia into a strikingly classy look that pairs flawlessly with just about any style of dressing. From vegetable tanned leather from Italian tannery soaked in a mixture of oils to produce a buttery smooth, soft and supple leather that will develop beautiful patina over time, making each strap unique and full of character.

Additionally, we also offer strap options for vintage Autavia models, including those from the 1960s to early 2000s — which use regular spring bars.

Material : The top grain of vegetable tanned leather has been double tanned and soaked in special mixture to produce a waterpoof, smooth, soft and supple leather.

Thickness : 4mm on lug area taper down to 2mm on holes area

Stitching : Each stitching hole is punched by antique awl and hand stitched with white wax yarn. (you can choose any other color combination/stitching to make a truly custom strap).

Edges : The leather edge is first sealed with edge paint for humidity resistance, and then repeatedly layered with iron-heated waxed coating for a smooth finish.

How it's made : Over 10 hours of labor and precision were involved in the making of this strap for a luxe look and feel. An extraordinary watch strap to lust after.
