Your satisfaction is our first priority. All of our products are inspected for quality assurance before they are shipped.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

If there is any products damaged by defect in workmanship or mistakenly shipped, we will replace them free of charge.

 

I want to return the goods. How can i proceed?

• Contact us to confirm that your item is eligible for a replacement. 
• After it's approved, please send the item back to our address (the shipping detail will be provided by email)
• We will start making the replacement straps once we got your returned package back.
• All shipping cost that will occur are customers responsibility.
