Description : Introducing the Shark serie for the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. Designed to complement the iconic and refined character of the Royal Oak 39mm, Royal Oak 41mm, and Royal Oak Chronograph 41mm.

The appeal of Shark is that the leather already carries enough character on its own. Its deep, irregular grain gives the strap natural movement and depth, so the surface never looks flat or overly uniform. Paired with the Royal Oak, it adds a tougher, more relaxed edge while the firm structure keeps the strap looking neat on the wrist.

Before adding this strap to your cart, please check the original configuration of your watch. For the Royal Oak 39mm and Royal Oak 41mm, this strap can be made to fit models originally fitted with either an OEM bracelet or an OEM leather or rubber strap. However, for the Royal Oak Chronograph 41mm, this strap is ONLY compatible with models originally fitted with an OEM Bracelet version and will NOT FIT models originally fitted with an OEM leather or rubber strap.

Material : Genuine shark leather with a naturally pronounced grain, dense fibre structure, and firm, structured feel. Each hide shows natural variations in grain direction, depth, and texture, giving every strap its own distinctive surface.

Thickness : 3.2mm on lug area taper down to 2.5mm on holes area.

Stitching : Each stitching hole is punched by antique awl and hand stitched with patina wax yarn. (you can choose any other color combination/stitching to make a truly custom strap).

Edges : The leather edge is first sealed with edge paint for humidity resistance, and then repeatedly layered with iron-heated waxed coating for a smooth finish.

How it's made : Over 10 hours of labor and precision were involved in the making of this strap for a luxe look and feel. An extraordinary watch strap to lust after.

Warranty : This watch strap is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.
